Return and Refund Policies
United Support Animals stands behind all of our products and is here to address any concerns you may have related to returns, refunds or replacements. Please contact us via email with your concern and we will promptly get in touch with you. We appreciate our customers and are committed to addressing your needs! Please note that each Registration Certificate and Animal ID card is custom made for your order, so there is a no return or refund policy related to those items. In the event that the information you provided to us for the certificate or ID card was transcribed wrong by us, then yes indeed, we will replace the incorrect item at no cost to you. In the event that one of our products such as a leash, collar or vest, are found to be compromised upon receiving our package, please contact us for replacement, as we stand behind the quality of each product. If you purchase products and decide you want to return the products for a full refund, provided that the products are unopened and never used, a full refund will be granted only within a 30 day period from date of your receipt of the order (please note the refund amount will exclude the cost of the custom made for you Registration Certificate and Animal ID card). For refunds in regard to ESA letters, if you purchase an ESA Letter only and get denied by a therapist for the letter, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. If you purchased a package that contains the ESA letter and other products, you will refunded the cost of the letter only and not refunded for the products you purchased. If you receive your ESA letter and thereby received what you purchased, there is no refund for issued ESA letters.
